1. The Service

TechIndex aggregates publicly available RSS headlines from third-party publishers and displays them with attribution and direct links. We do not host article content; clicking a headline opens the publisher's site.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not scrape automated copies of our pages — the underlying RSS feeds are public.
• Do not use the service for illegal activity.

3. Intellectual property

Headlines, logos, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. TechIndex displays them under fair-use editorial linking. The TechIndex name, layout and code are © the site operator.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. Headlines may be delayed, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable depending on upstream publishers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
